We can’t believe this is our last day and our last drive at Mashatu! Time went too fast – we don’t want to leave! At least we have another adventure ahead of us. After a layover in Tzaneen, South Africa, we will be going to Tanda Tula near Kruger National Park.
The last drive was just as rewarding as the first.
After another delicious brunch, it was back to the Botswana/South Africa border to meet our transportation in South Africa. Allen of Copper Sun was right on time and gave us a lot of history as we rode through the Blythe River Canyon to Tzaneen Country Lodge. What a nice place to layover, a big bed, a big tub, a private courtyard off our room, and a beautiful peacock.
